# big-AGI
## Setup
Open the **Models** menu (top-left) and add provider credentials. Settings live in browser localStorage — each visitor configures their own.
## Power-user features
- **Personas** — assistants with fixed system prompts (Developer, Writer, YouTube transcript reader, ...).
- **Beam** — fire the same prompt at 4 models simultaneously, pick the best answer or merge them.
- **Tools** — web browsing, image generation (DALL·E + ComfyUI), code interpreter, function calling.
- **Diagrams** — Mermaid + PlantUML rendered inline; export as SVG.
- **Voice** — speech-to-text (browser API) + text-to-speech (ElevenLabs BYOK).
## Local LLMs
Set `OLLAMA_API_HOST` to your Ollama server URL (must be reachable from the container; localhost won't work). Models auto-discover under Models → Ollama.
## Sync across devices
Settings → **Sync** → connect Dropbox to mirror conversations + settings across all your big-AGI instances.
