## How it runs
The official Ampache image bundles its database (MariaDB) and a process supervisor, so it's a single self-contained container. Your media lives on the `/media` volume; the database and config persist on their own volumes. Complete the short web installer on first open to create your admin account, then add a catalog pointing at `/media`.
## Theme / appearance
Ampache has its own light/dark themes — pick one in user preferences (the host toggle doesn't drive it).
