Browser-based PDF tools, powered by Stirling-PDF.

## Notes
Fully stateless — uploaded files are processed in memory and discarded, so there's no database or persistent volume. The `latest-fat` image bundles all fonts and conversion dependencies (LibreOffice, OCR languages).
