# Support Ticketing (Classic)
A classic support-ticket system, powered by osTicket.
## How it runs
The app and its database (MariaDB) are bundled in one self-contained image; tickets, attachments, and config persist on the `/data` volume. Complete the web installer on first open (the database is already provisioned) and create your admin account.
## Setup
Set the optional `OSTICKET_URL` for a custom domain.
## ⚠️ Staleness note
This app uses the community wrapper image (`campbellsoftwaresolutions/osticket`), which lags upstream osTicket (1.14.3 vs 1.18.x) and is built on PHP 7.3 (EOL). It is fully **functional**, but for security-sensitive deployments evaluate building a custom image of the latest osTicket against PHP 8.2+, or use a more actively maintained help-desk app.

osTicket has its own theme/skin in the admin panel.
