## Packaging
All-in-one build: Cal.com (Next.js) + PostgreSQL under one supervisor on a persistent volume. `NEXTAUTH_SECRET` and `CALENDSO_ENCRYPTION_KEY` are generated once on the volume.
## Important — build-time public URL
Cal.com bakes `NEXT_PUBLIC_WEBAPP_URL` into its bundle at build time, so the image must be built with this app instance's stable public origin (the per-app `<slug>.apps.osfoundry.io` origin). It cannot follow a dynamically-changing proxied hostname without a rebuild.
