## ⚠️ DOMAIN is permanent
BookWyrm bakes `DOMAIN` into ActivityPub actor IDs. **Changing it later breaks federation** — followers from other instances can't find you. Set it correctly on first deploy.
## Packaging
All-in-one build: BookWyrm web (Django + gunicorn) + Celery worker + Celery beat + bundled PostgreSQL + Redis under one supervisor on a persistent volume. `SECRET_KEY` + DB password are generated once on the volume. Admin user generated on first boot and printed to logs.
