CMDB + ITSM
CMDB + ITSM est un(e) app du catalogue communautaire osFoundry. Une gestion des services IT + base de données de gestion de configuration — workflow de tickets (incident / problème / changement / RFC), inventaire d'actifs CMDB + analyse d'impact, contrats + SLA + reporting, modèle de données personnalisable. Une alternative ouverte à ServiceNow CMDB / BMC Atrium / Cherwell. Propulsée par iTop (Combodo). Livrée comme un container autonome unique (Apache + PHP 8.2 + MariaDB intégré) sur des volumes persistants.

# CMDB + ITSM
ITSM ticketing + CMDB, powered by iTop (Combodo).
## First-boot setup
Open the app — iTop shows its setup wizard at `/setup`:
- The DB credentials are **pre-filled** (the entrypoint writes `conf/production/config-itop.php` from the bundled MariaDB).
- Pick the iTop modules you want (start with ITIL Service Management).
- Create your admin account.
- Click `Done` — iTop builds the schema and your admin user.
`app_root_url` in `config-itop.php` is auto-set to the public URL by the entrypoint so all links + notification URLs resolve correctly.
## Storage
- MariaDB data → `/data/mysql`
- iTop config + uploaded attachments → `/data/itop` (symlinked back into `/var/www/html`)
## Theme / appearance
iTop has light + dark themes (User menu → Preferences → Theme).
Comment utiliser CMDB + ITSM dans osFoundry
Installez CMDB + ITSM dans votre workspace en un clic, puis forkez-le dans osStudio pour personnaliser les prompts, les outils ou la configuration selon votre stack. Toute personne de votre workspace peut reprendre là où vous vous êtes arrêté.
