What is Audit Log?
An audit log records every user action, agent run, tool call, and admin change for security review and compliance. osFoundry’s audit log is SIEM-exportable with configurable retention.
Detail
Audit logs answer "who did what when." Required for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR investigations. Should be append-only, tamper-evident, and exportable to your SIEM (Splunk, Datadog, Elastic).
Key events to log: logins, permission changes, data access, agent invocations with input/output digests, tool calls. Retention is typically 1–7 years depending on industry.
How osFoundry approaches Audit Log
osFoundry logs every user action, agent run, and tool call. Workspace-scoped, role-gated, exportable. Retention configurable per workspace.
