## Why pick this over GIMP (streamed)
miniPaint runs **entirely in your browser** (no streaming hop, no server-side image processing). It's much faster for quick edits because there's no KasmVNC frame-by-frame round-trip. The trade-off: smaller feature set than GIMP (no scripting, fewer filters, no plugin ecosystem).
