All-in-one build: Chatwoot Rails web + Sidekiq worker + bundled PostgreSQL + Redis under one supervisor on a persistent volume. `FRONTEND_URL` must equal the proxied origin; `SECRET_KEY_BASE` is generated once on the volume.
