# AI Personal Notes
AI-linked personal knowledge base, powered by Reor.
## How it runs
Reor is an Electron desktop app — there's no web build. This app streams Reor to your browser via a KasmVNC sandbox; notes live on `/data/home/Reor`. Also available natively via the osFoundry desktop client (recommended — direct disk access, local LLM uses local GPU).

## Why streamed instead of standalone web
Reor's UX is built around the Electron app's local filesystem access + local-model inference. The web sandbox runs the same binary but the AI experience is noticeably better on the native client where the local LLM uses the host's GPU directly.
