AI Video Generation 是 osFoundry 社区目录中的应用。开源文本生视频 / 图像生视频模型 —— 从提示词 + 可选图像条件生成短片（最长约 30 秒）。基于 Open-Sora 构建。**⚠️ 要获得合理的推理速度，需要高端 GPU（24+ GB VRAM）。Manifest 默认使用 CPU，足以演示 UI 但实际上无法生成视频 —— 请使用配备 GPU 的 osFoundry 桌面客户端原生运行，或远程 GPU 主机**。

# AI Video Generation
Open-source text-to-video, powered by Open-Sora.
## ⚠️ GPU required for real use
Open-Sora's 1.3B-parameter model needs **24+ GB VRAM** (A100 / RTX 4090 / RTX 6000) for full-resolution inference. **CPU inference is impractical** — minutes per frame, not real-time. The CPU defaults in this room app are for demoing the UI only.
## Real deployment options
- Native osFoundry desktop client with a high-end consumer GPU (RTX 4090)
- Remote GPU host (RunPod / Lambda Labs / Vast.ai) with this UI as a remote front-end
- Wait for cloud GPU support in the osFoundry container runtime
