CMDB + ITSM 是 osFoundry 社区目录中的应用。IT 服务管理 + 配置管理数据库 —— 工单工作流（事件 / 问题 / 变更 / RFC）、CMDB 资产清单 + 影响分析、合同 + SLA + 报表、可定制数据模型。ServiceNow CMDB / BMC Atrium / Cherwell 的开源替代品。基于 iTop（Combodo）构建。以单一自包含容器形式交付（Apache + PHP 8.2 + 内置 MariaDB），部署在持久卷上。

# CMDB + ITSM
ITSM ticketing + CMDB, powered by iTop (Combodo).
## First-boot setup
Open the app — iTop shows its setup wizard at `/setup`:
- The DB credentials are **pre-filled** (the entrypoint writes `conf/production/config-itop.php` from the bundled MariaDB).
- Pick the iTop modules you want (start with ITIL Service Management).
- Create your admin account.
- Click `Done` — iTop builds the schema and your admin user.
`app_root_url` in `config-itop.php` is auto-set to the public URL by the entrypoint so all links + notification URLs resolve correctly.
## Storage
- MariaDB data → `/data/mysql`
- iTop config + uploaded attachments → `/data/itop` (symlinked back into `/var/www/html`)
## Theme / appearance
iTop has light + dark themes (User menu → Preferences → Theme).
