Multi-channel Notifier
Multi-channel Notifier 是 osFoundry 社区目录中的应用。通知扇出服务 —— 接收一个 HTTP 请求并分发到 100+ 目标（Slack、Discord、Telegram、Pushover、Pushbullet、Twilio/Sinch/Plivo 短信、邮件、Mastodon、Matrix、MSTeams、ntfy、Gotify、Apprise hub……）。基于 Apprise API 构建。以上游镜像的薄封装形式交付。

# Multi-channel Notifier
Notification fan-out, powered by Apprise API.
## How it works
1. Define a **config** mapping a key (e.g. `alerts`) to many destinations (Slack + Discord + Pushover URLs)
2. POST to `/notify/alerts` with the message body
3. Apprise dispatches to all destinations in parallel
